HepZone.com stands behind every product we sell. If we have made an error, we will correct it. Merchandise pricing is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct or change such prices on this site.

We may terminate your access to all or part of the site without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe to be in violation of any applicable law or to be harmful to the interests of others.

Every effort was made at the time this information was prepared to ensure accuracy. We try to update the product and price listings on the web site in a timely manner.

Security Guarantee

We guarantee your security. All your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet. If you prefer not to enter your credit card online, you can call 1-800-996-4SST and place your order.

None of our customers has ever reported fraudulent use of a credit card as a result of a secure purchase made at HepZone.com. In the unlikely event that unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of a secure credit card transaction at HepZone, and your credit card provider holds you liable, we will reimburse you for the liability that results from the unauthorized use, up to a maximum of $50.

Note: Most banks either cover all the charges that result from unauthorized use of your credit card or limit your liability to $50, the maximum liability allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act. You must notify your credit card provider of the unauthorized use in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures for eligible HepZone compensation.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal payment.

Returns

Merchandise may be returned only if in resalable condition, within 30 days of purchase, with a copy of your receipt. Please call or email for return authorization.

Shipping/Handling

We currently only ship in States and Canada. There is a flat $5.95 (Us dollar) shipping and handling charge for shipping in States, no shipping charge for order over $250 excluding tax. Shipping cost to Canada is 10% of purchase price.

Please request Overnight Delivery or 3 Business Days Delivery Upgrade at the order comment during checkout. You will be notified by email if the upgrade service applies to your order.

We will try to accommodate your request with the following additional charges:
• Overnight Delivery 1-3 bottle(s), $25 in additional to the standard charge.
• Overnight Delivery for 4 or more bottles, $5 more for each bottle on top of $25 additional charge.
• 3 Business Days Delivery 1-3 bottle(s), $5 in additional to standard charge.
• 3 Business Days Delivery for 4 or more bottles, $3 more for each bottle on top of $5 additional charge.

All Hawaii, Alaska and International Shipping is done through UPS at cost.

Shipping Methods

Orders are normally shipped using UPS, ground service, from Phoenix AZ. It can take from one to six working days for the package to reach you, depending on how far you are from Phoenix. The charge for these services is listed above.

International Orders

Note: Because certain countries have import restrictions, and because shipping charges have to be calculated, we cannot process international orders on-line. You can obtain product information and prices here, and you can either phone or email your order. Email to service@hepzone.com.

Where is my Order?

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your order. If you do not receive an email within two working days of placing the order, there may be a problem. Email us at service@hepzone.com or call us at 1-800-966-4SST.
